for making the Fifth Annual
SailMaine Soirée & Auction a tremendous success! Be sure to join us in 2013 on November 2nd.
Saturday, the third of November,
was a great evening at
Portland Yacht Services
for sailors, boosters, and friends of SailMaine. Getting together to support sailing access for everyone, you raised $13,000 that helps us keep boats floating, teachers and coaches teaching, and kids smiling.
We had some tasty Hors D’oeuvres that spiced up the conversation, tales of the season past from participants and staff, smooth tunes from the great Sly Chi, all emceed with gusto by Eva Matteson of Coast 93.1. Amy Paradyz from the Portland Press Herald was there, and told the world about it here. Thanks Amy!
We thank our sponsors, every one of the fine folks who donated items to the silent auction, and everybody who came around to enjoy the party. Thanks to your support, we'll see you all next spring!
