GREELY HIGH SCHOOL SAILING TEAM

GREELY HIGH SCHOOL SAILING TEAM

The Greely High School Sailing Team is a member of the New England Schools Sailing Association (NESSA), a division of the Interscholastic Sailing Association (ISSA).  The Rangers have a strong sailing record and have attended regional regattas.

All interested students from Cumberland and North Yarmouth, who have had some racing experience (sailing on SailMaine's Development Team, for instance), are welcome as team members.  High school sailing is a great co-ed sport where all athletes compete on equal terms.  The Greely High School Team practices at SailMaine three days a week.

Teams will practice together and in collaborative skill groups with sailors from other teams. Sailors will be checked out at the beginning of the season and sailors with less racing experience may practice with the SailMaine Development Team. Full payment is due prior to March 13rd.
