Summer Champs:
We are participants in the Libra Foundation's SUMMER CHAMPS program, and welcome participants utilizing this wonderful gift. Simply write your Summer Champs number on our registration form, pay nothing, and send in all three forms to reserve your spot (if Summer Champs is not paying for the entire fee, please remit the balance at time of registration). If you do not yet know your Summer Champs number, simply write "Summer Champs--number TBA" on our registration form and send it in. There is no need to make a deposit if Summer Champs is paying your whole fee. We are Summer Champs camp number 351.
Other full and partial scholarships are offered for the program through SailMaine, Portland Parks and Recreation, and private donors. Please contact Sailing Master Jeff Cumming (sailmail AT sailmaine DOT org or 650-7878) with questions about scholarships. Do not let financial issues prevent your child from sailing this summer; we can help.

To apply for a spot in the 2007 CBJSP, please print, fill out, and return the following three forms, with fees, to:

Please--applications must be COMPLETE, with all three forms completely filled out and signed, and payment included. Partial or incomplete applications will not reserve your spot in the class.
