Volunteering
SailMaine is an organization that relies on volunteer assistance
to ensure our programs operate as they should. Anyone who
has time and interest can volunteer with a SailMaine program,
sailing experience is not always a requirement. Volunteers
are particularly needed in the following areas:
Coaching
Fundraising
Site staffing
Regatta organization
Regatta housing
Race Committee work
Summer Program organization
High School team transportation
Boat maintenance
Towing Site construction & upkeep
Event organization
Event staffing
Promotion
