Casco Bay LinesThe lights are aglow on Portland Harbor with this annual event led by Casco Bay Lines. Commercial and pleasure craft bedecked in holiday finery greet the coming winter with a boat parade in Portland's inner harbor, led by one of CBL's fleet of ferry boats. A majority of the proceeds benefit the community sailing programs of SailMaine.
