2nd Annual Open House
May 31, 2009 - Rain or Shine
Our second annual Open House is coming up Sunday, May 31st, 11 AM - 3 PM, rain or shine. There'll be free sailboat rides in Portland Harbor for people ages 8 and older, with shore-side boat rigging, and knot tying demonstrations among the other fun activities. Check out SailMaine before the Junior Sailing season starts up later in June.
Last year was a big success. This year, we are hoping to build on that momentum. We have a dedicated crew of volunteers coordinating this event on a small budget. Please pass the word out to folks who might not be familiar with SailMaine and have an interest in sailing.
Come join us! Tell your neighbors, classmates, friends, co-workers, and family. We'd love to see you for this fun day on the bay.
