REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Overcast skies met the sailors for the Blue Wave Invitational regatta
hosted by Portland High School at SailMaine.
The breeze was light (6-8kts) and was oscillating at the start of the day
between probably 20 degrees but mostly in an easterly direction.
