Regatta Report: Nine teams competed in the Polar Bear Open hosted by Bowdoin College.  The breeze started NW at 5-8 knots and shifted between NE and SE until a nice sea breeze arrived at 1:30.  Courses were W3s and W4s with offsets and gates.  A big thanks to all the Polar Bears that helped run the event.  There were no protests and no breakdowns.
