WHAT:	S.M.A.R.T (SailMaine Advanced Racing Team)
WHY:	To give optimist sailors in the area an opportunity for more time on the water and high level coaching through practice and racing at SailMaine during the fall season.
WHEN:	Sunday from 12:00pm – 4:00pm (Five Sundays, 9/11 – 10/9)

11:30am: Arrive and rig (please eat lunch beforehand) 12:00pm: Meeting: Discuss plan for the day
12:30pm: Launch boats 1:00pm Practice
  2:00pm: Short break (bathroom and/or snack break)
  2:30pm: Race series
3:30pm Sail to shore
  4:00pm: Departure

WHO:	Available to the first 8 sailors to register and pay. We will have 6 boats available for charter for those who do not own an optimist. Otherwise this is a BYOB program. All boats can be stored at SailMaine within the gated area.

COST:	$250 per sailor (fee waiver/ scholarship available) $100 boat charter for season (6 Sundays) – 50% discount to 2011 SM sailors

Advanced Clinic
with guest coach will take place on Sunday, October 9th, 2011.
