The Casco Bay Junior Sailing Program offers low cost sailing opportunities at our site on the Eastern Promenade in Portland, Maine.

We offer classes for all ages and ability levels, from 8 year-old beginners to 18 year-old seasoned racers.
SailMaine instructors are certified by U.S. Sailing with years of teaching experience.

Courses are held in four two-week sessions throughout the summer, meeting mornings or afternoons, five days per week.

We start each session with a swim “test” in the ocean.
Our junior program sails in Cape Cod Frosties, Optimists,
Collegiate 420s (Non-Spinnaker version of the Club 420), and Lasers.
