How to join a SailMaine High School Sailing team

To join any SailMaine hosted team, students and their parents must complete a Registration Form and a Sailor Conduct Form. Forms must be delivered to SailMaine by mail, fax, or e-mail. Fillable forms in Acrobat format for 2011 are available now. Click on the links to the left.

Please note that some experience is required for participation in the Spring season; Fall has both Varsity/J.V. and recreational or "learn to sail" programs. Spring Sailing also requires the use of a dry suit or wet suit when required by the coaching staff. Water temps in April are in the 30's. For safety reasons we cannot allow you to sail without a dry suit during the spring. Students are responsible for providing their own dry suit.

Dry suits are NOT required for the fall season.
