Please help us continue and expand our programs.
Register for SailMaine's sailing programs or classes by filling out the appropriate Program Registration Form, and the Emergency Contact and Medical Information form. If you have submitted an Emergency Contact form in 2013 and there are no changes, you needn't submit it again for a second program.
Payment plans and financial assistance, including discounts for multiple registrations from a single family, are available for High School and Junior programs. Click here for details.
For all other programs, payment in full is due with registration. Registration is not complete and a space is not reserved until we receive a completed Emergency Contact and Waiver form along with registration and payment arrangements.
The Registration Forms below are online Registration Forms. Online Payment is integrated with the forms using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. You may register, and make other payment arrangements (check, or by telephone) as well.
Emergency Contact and Fee Waiver forms are currently available at the links below.
We also require additional participant information contained on fillable Adobe PDF forms. These forms do require a signature. Save the form to a file on your computer, and e-mail it to register at sailmaine dot org, or print it out and mail it to us.
The fillable PDF forms in Adobe Acrobat format. You must have Acrobat Reader 7.0 or later installed on your computer to fill out the form on your computer and submit it electronically. Click the Adobe icon to get the latest version.
