Bitzy Mitchell

A pond sailor by birth, Bitzy is excited to trade in shifty winds for the tides and currents of Casco Bay. Hailing from Auburn, Maine and it's Taylor Pond Yacht Club, she grew up racing turnabouts and enterprises. After completing the junior sailor program at T.P.Y.C, she stuck around to be a sailing instructor for six summers. Bitzy graduated from Bates College, where she raced FJs for the school's club team and majored in Art and Visual Culture. After holding a desk job for a year, she is thrilled to be back on the water with the best office view of them all.
