Travel Time from Portland : 3 hours, 15 mins

I-295 North to Gardiner entrance to I-95 North

I-95 North to Augusta Exit 113, to Route 3 East

Route 3 to Belfast, take left onto Rt. 1/ Rt.3 East

At Ellsworth, split from Rt 1,  Continue on Rt 3

After crossing causeway onto Mount Desert Island, go straight onto Rt. 102 / Rt. 198 South to Southwest Harbor

Continue on Rt 102 South to Southwest Harbor

Southwest Harbor downtown, after school,  baseball field take left onto Clark Point Road

Continue along waterfront ¼ mile to MDI sailing Center, # 168 Clark Point Road
